As mentioned above, there are 3 main types of game drive safaris you can choose from in Yala National Park:
1. Morning Safari: Starts at 5:00 AM, ends at 10:30 AM. Perfect for early leopard sightings and cool morning breezes. 2. Afternoon Safari: Starts at 2:00 PM, ends at 6:00 PM. Ideal for golden hour photography and sunset wildlife sightings. 3. Full Day Expedition: Starts at 5:00 AM, ends at 6:00 PM. Includes lunch break at Patanangala Beach and complete park coverage across Block 1.
