Permits are billed across four strict categories set by the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC):
- Entrance Fees: $25 Foreign Adult, $15 Foreign Child, $20 SAARC Adult, $10 SAARC Child, LKR 150 Local Adult, LKR 100 Local Child.
- Vehicle Fees: LKR 300 per Jeep/Van, LKR 150 per Car, LKR 500 per Bus.
- Service Charge: $10 USD equivalent per vehicle if any foreign passenger present, or LKR 400 for local-only groups.
- 18% VAT & 2% Gateway Fee: Mandatory government Value Added Tax (18%) and online gateway payment processing (2%).
